Return & Exchange Policy

 

At Vyore, shop with confidence with our return and exchange policy. Here’s our clear and transparent policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

 

  • -Goods once sold can not be returned or exchanged without a valid reason.
  • -You can raise a exchange request  within 2 days of the delivery of the order. 
  • -You can return the goods if it is not the same model or the product seems damaged.
  • -You can not return any used product.

 

Return Conditions :

 

  • -Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

  • -An unboxing video is required to process any claims your order. Please ensure you record the package being opened from the sealed state for your claim to be considered.

 

Initiating a Return/Exchange Request :

 

-For initiating a Return Request email us at info@vyore.in with your order detail, video, photos, etc. 

-Once the product is received we will dispatch your product on the same day. It is highly recommended to make a full  unboxing video of the product. Inform us immediately when you receive any defected or damaged goods when you receive it.

 

Refunds :

 

  • -Refunds are processed in 7–10 working days as per RBI guidelines, following item verification.

  • -Prepaid orders : Refunded to original payment method.

  • -COD orders : Refunded to UPI or bank account provided by you.
